**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery **Job Specialty:** Labor and Delivery **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 7:15 PM - 7:15 AM, 36-hour nights, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend and holiday **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Previous Labor and Delivery experience required **License:** RN License **Certifications:** BLS, Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification **Must-Have:** Previous experience in Labor and Delivery, BLS certification, EFM certification **Job Description:** - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to support expectant mothers throughout the childbirth process. - Monitor patients and fetal heart rates, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. - Administer medications and perform necessary clinical procedures. - Educate and support patients and their families about childbirth and postnatal care. - Adhere to protocols and standards of care to ensure the safety and well-being of mothers and newborns. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
