Communicate with DR and family members for resident care.
Complete admission and readmissions, record vital signs, weight and personal belongings
Help check in with all new residents and readmissions as well as assist in the transfer of residents to different rooms
Answer call light promptly.

Answer call light promptly.
Assist ADL’s Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Shaving, Feeding, Toileting, or any other assignment as necessary for good residential care.
Assist with meals in monitoring, feeding, seating residents, or in any other way to maintain tranquility at mealtime.
Assure the equipment is cleaned and prepared for the next shift.
Attend all mandatory in-service educational classes and on the job training programs as scheduled or directed.
