Responsibilities:

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with physician's care plan of treatment
• Take and record vitals
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist in daily activities.

Requirements

• Active IL Nursing License
• CPR Certification
