PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RN / LPN Evening Supervisor
The RN / LPN Evening Supervisor oversees the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident/staff needs, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Also, maintains the confidential health records or all employees to include physicals, immunization status and TB screening.
Reports to the Director of Nursing
RN / LPN Evening Supervisor
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
- Current Massachusetts Nursing License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS
