RN/LPN Unit Manager - Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight for nurses and CNAs under the direction of the DON and ADON

• Assist with admissions, discharges, labs, diagnostics

• Coordinate resident care with on-site APRN, physicians and facility Medical Director

• Implement organizational policies, procedures, and nursing standards and regulations

• Educate and orient new clinical staff

Requirements:

• Strong management skills

• Prior nurse management experience preferred

• Must have active Florida RN/LPN license

• Long Term Care experience a plus
