- Plans, organizes, and implements specific medically prescribed cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation programs. Coordinates with exercise physiologist to provide optimal exercise and educational programs for participants.

- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Successful completion from an accredited nursing program leading to a Registered Nurse degree. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois. ACLS training and certification required. Experience in telemetry/cardiac monitor interpretation preferred. Current CPR certification is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Knowledge of dysrhythmias and 12 lead EKG interpretation. Understanding of exercise training with cardiac and pulmonary patients. Understanding of cardiac, pulmonary, and metabolic disease processes.
