Job Description:

EliteCare Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Medical Care Coordinator (MCC) in Beloit, WI. As a key member of our Med-Surg unit, you will deliver high-quality patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and support patients and their families through their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans, ensuring effective communication among the care team.

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.

Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.

Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care strategies.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Eligibility Requirements:

Candidates must reside at least 100 miles away from Beloit, WI, to be eligible for submission. This is a non-negotiable requirement due to client restrictions.
