Role Requirements RN MDS Coordinator :
- Active RN degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of two years’ experience in long-term care
- At least one year in MDS assessment
- Knowledgeable in the MDS process with strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with team members, residents, families, and visitors
