While this unit is not IMC, we have many patients who border on IMC level care rather than acute care. Comment:** Facility is no longer accepting candidates within a 50-mile radius. Do NOT submit candidates with a permanent address within 50 miles of the hospital. ALL RTO requests must be in the packet at the time of submission. Anything sent after, will not be approved** POSITION DESCRIPTION: Cancer Center needs an RN- Oncology experience is preferred but not required. 12H Days, 7a-7:30p. May work with a patient who is receiving chemotherapy but will not be the ones administering the chemotherapy. Every other weekend and 1 holiday required. Ratios: 1:3-4. Navy scrubs, Epic EMR. Manager to interview and offer. REQUIRED UPON SUBMISSION: 2 years of acute care (med/surg) experience. Submission Packet must show # of beds, Trauma Level and EMR on their Work History or they will be dropped. BLS is required, must be in packet at time of submission. Must have active MD/Compact license in packet at time of submission, no temp licenses allowed. COVID vaccine required. ONLY Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. UMMS does not accept Religious Declinations.
