About The Position
Position Overview:

Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patients' pain to ensure their comfort and safety. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement a coordinated care plan. Monitor and interpret patients' conditions, recognizing any changes and taking appropriate actions, such as notifying physicians or initiating interventions. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records. - Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).

- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
