Summary
This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties. This position requires participation in a guided training and developmental program.
Responsibilities
Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care. Will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients. Will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.
Education
"Required: Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree) "
Certifications
Required: Must have a temporary authorization to practice as a graduate nurse under the direct supervision of a registered nurse as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR
