Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Medicare Certified Home Care organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time RN Nurse Educator near Boynton Beach, FL.
The RN Nurse Educator is responsible for providing nurses with ongoing education and educational resources for continued support in delivering high-quality care and an extraordinary customer experience to our patients, clients, and community.
The RN Nurse Educator reports to the Vice-President and collaborates with senior leadership/leadership to educate and preceptor new hires, support active clinicians, identify educational needs, and follow through with said education.

Location: Boynton Beach, FL (Home Office) With Travel To Hobe Sound & Vero Beach Occasionally

- Collaborates with leadership/team members to identify
educational opportunities and works with the Director of
Education and/or equivalent to develop engaging, high-quality educational content (live and virtual) using innovative learning best practices. - Collaborates with leadership to ensure regulatory updates are supported through education channels.
- Coordinates the orientation, field competency, and precepting of newly hired nurses to ensure the overall competency of new staff.
- FL RN License
- OASIS Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing medical, oncology, home health or hospice nursing preferred, may be specified by State.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
