The Nursing Supervisor reports to the Clinical Director of Nursing and is responsible for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the Evening shift. Key Tasks Include:Supervise delivery of clinical care and related servicesMonitor compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards and regulationsProvide staff support as neededEvaluate and manage staffing needsRoutinely audits required documentationConduct investigations and inform management of complaints, concerns and occurrencesProvide education on policies and procedures Participate in process improvement activitiesAs requested, participate in planning and conducting in-service education programs, as neededInitiate progressive disciplinary action, when indicatedConduct periodic performance appraisalsRequired Qualifications:New York State RN licenseBachelor's Degree in nursing or related areaPrevious experience as an RN in a subacute and/or long term care facilityPrevious experience as an RN supervisor We offer a competitive salary supported by a comprehensive benefits program to include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.
