We are seeking an RN /LPN to provide individual nursing care for an adolescent male!

Pay: LPN:$33.00 / RN:$39.00 per hour; Overtime Opportunity available

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:15AM-2:30PM on school days

Location: Meet patient at home and ride to and from school

Duties: Provide G-Tube Feedings, Administer medication, and Provide total care with ADL's.
