RN (Registered Nurse) Coordinator 

Join our team as an RN Coordinator, where you will supervise the clinical operations of all nursing floors in the absence of the Nurse Manager and/or Director of Nursing, and assume administrative responsibilities for the Center in the absence of executive administrative personnel. This role involves making clinical rounds to ensure appropriate nursing care, supporting charge nurses, ensuring safety and security, assessing and intervening in crisis situations, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This position offers an opportunity to work across multiple sites, engage in staff education, and contribute to quality improvement programs. Enjoy a supportive and dynamic environment.

What we are looking for:

• Must have an active MA RN license
• Minimum 2 years in hospital setting or 3-5 years in long-term care
• 2+ years of leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor, staffing)
• Flexibility to work at both Roslindale and Dedham sites
• Willingness to educate staff and provide training
• Competence in nursing skills
• Ability to work with all personality types
• B.L.S. Certification required
