Position: RN - Registered Nurse Med Surg

Location: Mayfield, KY, USA

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a top hospital in Mayfield, KY. As a Med Surg RN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and promoting a positive and healing environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care

- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license in the state of Kentucky

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing

- BLS and ACLS certifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
