Position Details:

• Job Title: RN
• Location: Black Earth, Wisconsin
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Shift: Flexible Schedules with preference of: Self Schedule, Shifts of 8, 12, 16 hours
• Salary: Make up to 83,000-93,000, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient well-being
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and treatments

Requirements:

• Valid Wisconsin license
• Proven experience in nursing (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record
