About the Job
Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Resident Care Manager to become part of our client's Assisted Living Facility team in Everett, WA - 98208. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
Pay
$45-$60 per hour (based on experience)
Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm
- As needed coverage for other shifts
Job Summary
- Plan, organize, manage, and allocate nursing resources effectively.
- Ensure staff have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care to residents in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care settings.
- Assist with the training and development of staff.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Unencumbered WA State RN License (LPN is not eligible for this role)
- BSN
- At least 1 year of previous Leadership / Supervisory experience
- Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Transitional Care experience
