RN Shift Supervisor ED OB Triage Full Time Nights RBH - Resolute Health Hospital

The Registered Nurse Shift Supervisor is part of the departmental leadership team that provides clinical supervision on a shift basis including: coordination and assignment of patient care; functions as a unit patient flow coordinator, facilitating admissions, discharges, and transfers; The Registered Nurse Shift Supervisor coordinates unit staffing for the next shift with the Director/Clinical Manager, Coordinator and/or House Officer; serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff; provides supervisory input into the department evaluations and performance reviews. The Registered Nurse Shift Supervisor completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
