Venza Care is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated and skilled RN Supervisor to join our team at Holston Rehabilitation and Care Center. In this role, you’ll oversee the nursing staff, coordinate patient care services, and ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

- Shift: Night 12-hour shifts available
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate patient care services by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
- Evaluate nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service.
- Monitor patient care for quality.
- Assist with patient care as needed and respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments.
- Mentor and guide nursing staff, facilitating professional development and training.
Qualifications:
- Valid Tennessee or Compact Registered Nurse license.
- BSN degree preferred, with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software systems.
