**RN Supervisor Responsibilities:**
As an RN Supervisor, you will:
- Ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff
- Initiate and engage in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings
- Address triggered indicators within the Care Plan
- Collaborate with caregivers and other disciplines
- Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports
- Implement educational plans to adapt to changing needs
- Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering growth

**Qualifications:**
