Key Responsibilities

Provide mentorship and educational opportunities for nursing staff.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) or Eligible to obtain a license in the state of TX.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's preferred.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in Critical Care or Burn or Trauma ICU.
or 2 years of acute care Burn or Trauma Leadership experience in the ICU
National Specialty Certification or plan to achieve within 1 year of hire.
