Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Day (Monday through Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise unit operations and staff
• Develop and implement employee policies
• Mentor and guide less experienced nurses
• Establish and uphold care standards
• Review resident records and ensure quality care
• Monitor overall care and individual cases
• Address resident and family inquiries or concerns
• Maintain medical supply inventory
• Advocate for the unit with upper management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Valid RN License
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication abilities
