RN Unit Manager - Lockport Rehab and Health Care Center

Lockport Rehab and Health Care Center is actively seeking an RN Unit Manager. Sub Acute & Long Term Care facility. This Full Time position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service to our residents. 

*$5,000 sign on bonus* 

Responsibilities and Duties

• As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.
• Mentoring of Nurses and Certified Nurses Assistants, interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position
• Assist with annual competencies and staff in-services
• Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care

Qualifications and Skills

• Current license in NY
• Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule
• Compassionate individuals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40 per hour
