RN Unit Manager - The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at River Valley is located at 140 Main Street, in Poughkeepsie NY.

We are seeking an RN Unit Manager to work dayshift weekdays!

RN Unit Manager Duties Include:

• Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
• Mentor less experienced nurses.
• Review resident records.
• Monitor overall care; ensure the standard of care on unit.
• Address questions or complaints brought forward by residents and families.
• Ensure the department is well-stocked with medical supplies.
• Represent the unit's interests with upper level management.

RN Unit Manager Requirements Include:

• Minimum 2 years Long-Term Care Experience.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in NYS.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
