WeCare at The Pearl is actively seeking a motivated Registered Nurse Unit Manager for our community in Rochester, NY.  Our Registered Nurse Unit Manager is a responsible to assure the optimal level of quality care is provided to our residents.

·      Work by prearranged assignment.

·      Accept changes and adapt to added assignments.

·      May be responsible for medication room and narcotic keys.

·      Make rounds frequently to check all residents.

·      Accurate reporting and documentation of resident status and care needs information.

·      Assist residents attending physician during visits and rounds.

·      Assist in updating care plans as needed.

·      Assign personnel and make staff adjustments according to needed coverage to meet resident needs. 

·      Any other duties assigned. 

·      Previous geriatric experience.

·      Previous supervisory experience.

·      Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of PA
