The RN Unit Manager must have a valid RN degree from an accredited nursing school

At least 2 years of long-term care/skilled nursing experience

The RN Unit Manager oversees the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, managing patient care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. The role also involves evaluating staff performance, addressing patient and family concerns, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
