Roadway Civil Superintendent - Terrelonge Staffing

We are seeking an experienced Roadway Superintendent to oversee and manage roadway construction projects in South Miami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations of roadway construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor work progress, resolve any issues, and provide on-site leadership to construction crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage and mentor field personnel, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with local authorities and community stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Roadway Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of roadway construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Compensation: Salary range of $105,000$160,000, based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits.
