At Crumbl Cookies, we offer competitive compensation starting at $15.15 per hour, with the potential to earn an additional $5 to $8 per hour in tips, significantly boosting your take-home pay. In addition, we provide generous paid time off, amounting to $1,705 annually (equivalent to 80 hours) as well as accrued sick time. Our team members also benefit from referral bonuses ranging from $250 to $500, making it rewarding to help us grow our team. This compensation package reflects our commitment to valuing and supporting our employees while creating a positive and motivating work environment.
Enjoy a flexible schedule that includes all Sundays off. We offer our team members plenty of time to enjoy the holiday season - we are CLOSED on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, December 26th and New Years Day, with early closures on Independence Day, Halloween, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve!

What You'll Do:As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for training and onboarding new Bakers, ensuring they master the skills needed to excel in their roles. You will teach Crumbl's baking processes, customer service standards, and safety protocols, all while fostering a fun, productive, and professional workplace. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining operational excellence, including meeting key performance goals in areas such as customer satisfaction, labor efficiency, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement training programs for new Bakers covering baking, customer service, and store operations.
Guide team members in Crumbl baking processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and support to help team members grow and succeed.
Assist with weekly cookie production planning and quality control.
Lead by example in promoting Crumbl's positive store culture.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a training or leadership role in a fast-paced food service environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and motivate team members.
Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to follow Crumbl's baking processes and ensure top product quality.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment.
Minimum two weekend shifts per month required to maintain operational integrity.
