About the Job
We are looking for a SeniorProject Manager to manage custom campaigns on our Brand Partnerships team. This seasoned manager will help set the tone for the Business team by providing best-in-class customer service across multifaceted music and entertainment-based partnership programs. They will work closely with internal departments to cultivate rich storytelling across content, events, and digital media by flawlessly executing partner programs through the management of client and internal communications, timelines, budgets, strategy and problem solving into all sold programs. Our ideal candidate is confident interfacing with senior level management across a variety of internal and external teams, has exceptional communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects daily. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Project Management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of a variety of cross-platform programs from start to finish, including setting client expectations, maintaining team alignment and mitigating project risk
- Create and manage timelines from pre-production to post-production, ensuring campaigns are launching on time, on budget, delivering positive project outcomes and exceeding expectations
- Oversee all project deliverables, driving clarity for the project goals and acting as the main point-of-contact on all operational matters
- Communicate with clients and third party vendors as their project lead for all program elements, ensuring a smooth project execution and comfortable post-sale customer experience
- This role will require travel for production shoots – helping oversee production with the Executive Producer, ensuring all deliverables are captured, and client services
- Produce and maintain program documents, including timelines, status reports, legal agreements, talent agreements and more
- Help to produce branded content articles, galleries, native ads and social copy
- Collect program stats to produce wrap reports for clients, encouraging repeat business
- Serve as a cross-functional team leader to create synergies and align brand & creative concept strategies across functional teams touching the campaigns, including: (but not limited to): Account Management, Legal, Marketing, Ad Ops, Editorial, Development, Social, licensing, finance and more
- Manage budgets – process invoices using Salesforce and Concur
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital, publishing or other media marketing
- Working knowledge of the online advertising industry
- Video production experience a plus
- Comfortable managing $3M+ budgets
- Liaising with Legal, Finance to review and approve campaign details
- Team-oriented – flexible taking on tasks outside of standard scope of work, helpful and able to work well with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - delivers information in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with multiple media and social platforms
- Keynote experience is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Experience in digital, video and branded content
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
- Passion for music and entertainment
Typical wage range: 70K - 80K
Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
