Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Roof Truss Crew Leader to join our team at our building component manufacturing plant in Bartow, Florida.
What is the opportunity?
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of lumber yard receiving and loading operations, inventory control, material handling equipment operation, basic Microsoft Office skills and proven leadership attributes. Assist in leading a team to achieve department goals. The schedule will be Monday- Friday, 1st shift.
What are the primary qualifications?
- Must be able to read a tape measure to within 1/16”.
- Remedial knowledge of basic carpentry, woodworking, hand/power tools.
- Train, guide and assist team members to complete daily tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
- Must be a team player, able to work in an assembly line type environment.
- Process department paperwork
- Ability and willingness to stand all day and move or lift sizeable product up to 50 pounds for an entire shift.
- Excellent attendance is a must
- Basic computer skills

Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- 3+ years of previous experience in leading a team
- Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing, production or assembly environment is a plus
- Bi-lingual is a plus
