Job Overview
As a Roofing Estimator you will be responsible for inspecting and providing estimates for residential roofing projects. Your role will involve working directly with homeowners to assess their needs and close sales.
Full-time: Mon-Thur 10-5, Fri 10-4, Sat 10-2
Earning potential $140k+ annually
- Compensation 10% Commission, average job $30k
- Two weeks of initial training
Central Phoenix based office (East Valley branch opening in 2025)
Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with homeowners to understand their needs.
- Detailed Inspections: Conduct inspections of residential roofs to evaluate conditions and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
- Close the Deal: Present proposals and estimates to homeowners, guiding them through the options available.
- Team Collaboration: Work with appointment setters and team leads to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in roofing estimation, sales, or a related field. Familiarity with local roofing regulations and materials is required.
- People Skills: Ability to connect with homeowners and understand their needs.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in using computers and estimating software for generating reports.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret technical documents.
- Customer Service: Focus on providing service that meets client needs.
