Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofing Installer to join our team. As a Roofing Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety on every job. The ideal candidate has experience in roofing, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofs using materials such as shingles, metal, and other roofing systems.
• Inspect roofs to assess the extent of damage or needed repairs.
• Measure and cut roofing materials to fit structures.
• Apply waterproofing and weatherproofing measures to prevent leaks.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment.
• Work on both residential and commercial projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Roofing Installer or similar role.
• Knowledge of roofing systems and installation techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in roofing installation (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
