We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Repair Specialist & Job Supervisor to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be overseeing roofing projects and conducting repair work. Additionally, there will be opportunities to engage in sales activities, although the main emphasis will be on supervising and executing repairs. This position is well-suited for individuals who excel in a hands-on environment with some sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform minor repair tasks and oversee repair projects as required.
- Occasionally engage in selling roofing repair services, offering detailed estimates and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain high safety standards on job sites and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in roofing, encompassing supervision and hands-on repair experience.
- Some background in sales with the ability to communicate repair needs and propose solutions to clients.
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Capability to perform physical tasks associated with roofing work.
