We are a locally-owned, full-service residential and light commercial roofing, window, door, and siding company in search of an in-home sales consultant with experience selling to homeowners and/or business owners. Earning potential: $100,000+/year with bonus potential

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 8-10 weekly appointments with homeowners and business leaders
• Demonstrate products to potential clients
• Perform detailed roof & attic inspections
• Prepare detailed proposal on-site using company-provided estimating software
• Emphasize product/service features & benefits, quote a price, & present financing options
• Expect & Overcome objections
• Maintain a professional image & carry yourself in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean vehicle
• Update appropriate sales data & paperwork daily

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must have strong attention to detail and be organized
• Good computer skills
• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Must live within one hour of the office
