Roofing Service Manager
A top commercial roofing contractor is looking for a Service Manager that can manage their growing service division. This position offers a base salary, tremendous room for growth, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn massive commissions.
Service Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years in supervisory position withing commercial roofing
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of commercial roofing products, standards and industry in general
- Strong 360-degree communication with customers, management, peers, and direct reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Service Manager Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, technician and management
- Hire, train and mentor technicians. Create goals and help with development and hold staff meetings
- Responsible for safety audits and production schedule
- Quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades
- Oversee customer invoices and accounts receivable
- Work Orders and Bid sheets weekly to establish workload and fluctuations
- Track finances of work and provide progress reports
Service Manager Compensation
- Base salary depending on experience
- Aggressive bonus/commissions plan
