The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance while ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. • Perform roofing installation, repair, and maintenance services on residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot roof issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess the condition and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Install various roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofs, and more.
• Ensure all roofing projects are completed with high-quality workmanship and in compliance with safety standards.
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure project timelines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining professionalism on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring that all tools, materials, and equipment are properly handled and stored.
• Follow all company safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• 2-5 years of experience as a roofing technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair roofing issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Knowledge of local building codes and roofing safety standards is a plus.
• Preferred:
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • CPR/First aid a plus.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Any safety training/certifications are a plus.
