About the Job
We are currently looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals for a part-time position. Weekend availability is required. The primary responsibility is ensuring the cleanliness of assigned areas. The main goal of this position is to maintain the highest standards to ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional service to all Canad Inns guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Change bed linens and towels, and make beds according to established guidelines.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant is an asset.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
