About the Job
We genuinely care about people and we show this through living out our promise of True Hospitality each and every day. A huge part of this promise are our Room Attendants. They are the heart and soul of our 85 room hotel. They must:
- Ensure that our rooms are always at their best. Keep supervisors updated on room service progress and alert them on repairs needed
- Follow established safety procedures at all times, wear/use protective equipment when needed. Observe strict sanitation methods
- Assist guests with requests and directions, reunite them with lost or misplaced belongings
- Be organized, keep on top of supplies and amenities, minimize waste
- Appearance/hygiene must be above reproach
- Work as a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service
- Assist with deep cleaning projects
Physical Requirements:
- Be on your feet most of the day
- Occasionally lift 20 - 50 pounds
- Be able to bend and kneel
Literacy skills:
- Reading
- Writing
- Basic Math skills
