Full-Time Positions Available - Raleigh Office. Primary responsibility is to train newly hired Patient Services Representatives (PSRs) as well as ongoing education and training for established PSRs. This position floats to multiple locations and provides back up support where needed for both ROC and ROTS Front Desk. The Trainer should be highly proficient at all front desk functions as well as demonstrate patience, professionalism, and polished conduct.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinic environment preferred. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, proficiency in multi-tasking, flexibility, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism and quality focus. Functions well in a team focused environment. Ability to problem solve and demonstrate critical thinking abilities. Experience dealing with the public; ability to maintain composure when confronted with stressful situations; neat appearance and pleasant, outgoing personality; accuracy in obtaining patient information; excellent communication skills required; ability to adjust teaching strategies to accommodate varying learning styles. Electronic health record experience preferred.
Must be able to work in a cooperative manner and maintain effective working relationships with management/supervisors, co-workers, customers and vendors.
