Job Title: Route Service Manager

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to join our team! The Route Service Manager will recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives delivering to diverse customers daily.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage Route Service Supervisors and Representatives.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers.
• Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address concerns.
• Analyze route performance and optimize delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in route management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
