Job Title: Route Service Manager
UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to join our team! The Route Service Manager will recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives delivering to diverse customers daily.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage Route Service Supervisors and Representatives.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address concerns.
- Analyze route performance and optimize delivery processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in route management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
