Route Supervisor - Retail / (Dallas / Ft. Worth, TX) - DTK Facility Services

Title:

Floor Tech (Dallas / Ft. Worth, TX)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Will be helping us overnight doing the following things:

• Strip and waxing VCT 
• Scrub and Recoat VCT 
• Cleaning stores as needed
• Sweep, scrub, buff
• Train cleaners within the store as needed

Knowledge & Work Experience:

• Knowledge and experience with machines: Auto-scrubbers, Propane Buffers, Low Speed machines (side-by -sides).
• Experience with recoating, and stripping and waxing: VCT, concrete, and other floor types
• Knowledge and experience with chemicals: neutral cleaner, stripper, wax, etc.
• Willing to work graveyard shift: 11pm-6am
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Team Player
• Bilingual Preferred

• Team Player
