Summary: Seeking an RS Avionics Installer II to assist in installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components in accordance with blueprints and engineering drawings.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or two (2) years related work experience or avionics certificate from an accredited school with one (1) year of related work experience
Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams
Computer skills and general software knowledge necessary
Responsibilities:
Assist in installations, modifications, and fabrication of wiring and electrical components based on blueprints, worksheets, engineering drawings
Maintain required logs and records
Complete tasks within the allotted time frame
Ensure work meets regulatory requirements and customer specifications
Check all work to ensure a defect-free assembly prior to final inspection
Comply with company FOD program, tool control program, 5-S program, and safety regulations
Participate in continuous improvement activities such as YIAW, Kaizen events
Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
