SUMMARY
The Rubber Press personnel will help with reading and understanding detailed instructions on how to run machinery that pertains to Rubber & or Fabric Seal Molding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operation of jobs are assigned by the production scheduler and or molding foreman.
- 1+ years with hand layup experience
- Handles raw materials (silicones, adhesives, fabrics etc)
- Loading and unloading of material and product from tooling.
- Understanding to read and comprehend work orders
- Following work order instructions
- Detailed hand manufacturing Notify their immediate supervisor of any excessive scrap and or problems with the jobs that they have been assigned.
- Input daily production data into Industrios ERP system
- Maintain production rates and efficiencies consistent with the company goals and requirements.
- Visual in process inspection to verify product and sign off
- Maintain proper part identification and traceability.
- Suggest process and manufacturing improvements when and if insufficiencies exist on opportunity improvements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school graduate preferable and or general education degree. One plus years in related field and manufacturing experience.
REASONING ABILITY
Applying simple tasks that are taught to help understand and carry out instructions that are provided in order to complete the job in title. Ability to read and write in detail and problem solve.
