Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking for a Service Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the service center's front desk and administrative tasks. This role involves interacting with customers, scheduling service appointments, handling phone calls, and assisting with various administrative duties.

COMPENSATION: $12-$14/hourly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Greet customers as they arrive.
* Answer questions about services, pricing, and scheduling.
* Provide a welcoming atmosphere.
* Schedule service appointments for RV maintenance and repairs.
* Manage the service calendar to optimize workflow.
* Confirm and remind customers of upcoming appointments.
* Answer incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department.
* Follow up with customers regarding service updates or issues.
* Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history.
* Process paperwork for service orders, including invoicing and payments.
* Assist in inventory management for parts and supplies.
* Communicate customer needs and service requests to the service team.
* Keep customers informed about the status of their RV service.

* Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
* Attention to detail
* Professional, team-oriented attitude
* Ability to work with a variety of RV clients and prospective customers
* Ability to handle and process deposit payments for RV purchases
* There is an opportunity for advancement within the organization for a motivated individual
* Applicants must be able to work until 8 pm depending on store schedule
* Some weekend schedules may be required
