Sigma, Inc. is looking for an RVRS Receptionist/Office Assistant to work onsite with our client in Dorchester, MA.
This is with the Commonwealth of MA and the Department of Public Health. Will be required to work onsite at 150 Mount Vernon St.
Shift timings : Monday - Friday 8:45 - 4:45 with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.

Sigma, Inc. is looking for an RVRS Receptionist/Office Assistant to work onsite with our client in Dorchester, MA.

Description :
- Greet RVRS guests and answer and triage phone calls.
- Responsible for supporting the RVRS main reception area.
- In that role, the incumbent has primary responsibility for answering the registry's main phone
- Monitoring and maintaining several RVRS customer service email inboxes
- Receiving and screening visitors, and answering inquiries.
- Incumbent will also coordinate conference room bookings, and assist RVRS units with preparing letters, training packets, meeting notes, and other necessary documents.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in high-volume receptionist admin support
- Ability to assist customers of diverse backgrounds through written correspondence, by telephone or in-person
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a high-volume call center.
