RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey's largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, seeks an Addiction Medicine Physician for a full-time position at our location in Neptune, NJ. This position will be split between primary care and addiction medicine.

*Please note that current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the residency stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of residency!

Successful candidates must be
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- BC/BE in Addiction Medicine
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of NJ
- Experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply
More about the position
- Collaborate with primary care physicians to schedule patients promptly at designated outpatient offices and other offices as the employer needs
- Provide comprehensive care for addiction and substance-related disorders, diagnosing, treating,
and preventing them in assigned patients. Provide bio-social medical care for addiction, substance-related conditions, and harmful substance use
- Expected to perform employment services with the utmost professional and ethical standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and maintaining patient trust
- Educate patients, family members, and caregivers
