Job Description Objective
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Manager with strong SaaS experience to join our clients SaaS LIMS organization. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the evolution of LIMS software by leveraging your expertise in SaaS environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including development, quality assurance, marketing, and customer support-to define, prioritize, and manage product features and functionality. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our LIMS meets user needs, stays competitive in the laboratory informatics industry, and aligns with the company's strategic goals.
Primary Job Objectives
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, prioritize, and document product requirements, ensuring alignment with user needs and industry trends.
- Clearly define and document product features, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications for development teams.
- Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining feature development timelines and release schedules.
- Prioritize features based on business objectives, customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Lead the development and optimization of cloud-based solutions in a SaaS environment, focusing on user experience and customer satisfaction.
- Develop product revenue forecasts and track sales performance to ensure targets are met.
- Support and lead customer groups, including advisory boards and domain-specific expert panels.
- Write and contribute to sales collateral, website content, social media posts, and white papers.
- Ensure that product iterations meet user requirements throughout the software development cycle.
- Oversee and contribute to industry-specific product components to address market demands.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform ongoing product innovation.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Advocate for exceptional user experiences by considering usability, UI design, and feedback during product development.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of product training for internal teams ahead of product launches.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation to support internal teams.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of annual customer training conferences and ad hoc customer events.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
