Saddle Stitcher - Spherion

Operate a saddle stitcher and assist in the work activities of the finishing team members to ensure production quality work for a leading integrated print solutions company in Beaver Dam, WI.

• Permanent position
• $20-$23/hr plus shift differential
• 1st shift 7 am - 3 pm, 2nd shift 3 pm - 11 pm Mon-Fri
• Excellent benefits package
• Relocation Package

Responsibilities:

• Operate a saddle stitcher machine to staples sheets of paper together to create booklets.
• Read and understand order tickets, layout sheets, artwork and other specifications
• Support material handlers.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machine

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience operating Mueller and Martini, Heidelberg, Osako saddle stitcher preferred
• 1-3 years previous bindery experience
• Be organized and able to prioritize projects assigned with minimal supervision
