Safety Administrator
Safety Admin to support the Safety Department at a local refinery.
We're looking for a Safety Admin who will be expected to:
- Documenting and updating various meeting minutes (i.e. JH&S, safety staff, etc.)
* Help develop various safety meeting agendas and topics
* Update OSHA 300 reporting logs with input from me and the refinery EHS Manager
* Assist with updating Safe Work Practices, to include updating content, formatting changes, etc
* Entering/updating PO's in FieldGlass
* Search ISNetworld and verify contractor safety performance is within acceptable limits
* Run reports in Enablon to identify safety trends, notify safety team of upcoming compliance inspections, etc
* Work with the safety team on updating safety equipment inspection app
* Update weekly safety metrics report for upper management
* Assist lead and asbestos team with document control, data entry
* Research and update the safety team on any upcoming regulatory changes (OSHA, ANSI, ACGIH, etc)
BACKGROUND:
The ideal Safety Administrative Assistant will have:
- 2+ years of office experience
- Microsoft Office background with strong experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
- Data entry experience
- Knowledge of SAP or related software
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
- Able to work with cross functional team
